The Museum of Large was a seemingly infinite museum created by Marcus Today. It is behind door number one in the not-so-secret hallway, and can be accessed by simply saying, "Door number one." It resembled Artimé's Library of Magic and Art, but was much larger; both existed magically, and didn't take up any real space.[1]
The space was kept secret from most of Artimé because most objects were too fragile, too big, or too sentimental to Marcus to be kept on display elsewhere.
Known Objects Inside
- A wall of shelves overflowing with books, that goes on for as far as the eye can see. Many of these books were written by Marcus, and many have duplicates in the library.[1] Formerly wildly unorganized; now in alphabetical order, thanks to Alex and Lani.
- Giant maps.[1]
- An "enormous marble ball with etchings on it and a ring around it,"[1] possibly a globe.
- A bubbling fountain.[1]
- Ol' Tater.
- An old refurbished Quillitary vehicle.[2]
- The grey shack; yes, the same one from the Death Farm. Anything put inside will still exist if Artimé disappears (in the case of a head mage's death). Inside there is a smaller version of the mansion, water, a few rooms, and a head mage's robe (sometimes).
- An enormous pirate ship with three masts.[2] Before the end of Island of Fire, it whispers constantly in another language. (formerly)
- A whale skeleton that became Spike Furious. (formerly)
- A "giant, jagged piece of lightweight material with some yellow lettering on the side. There was a fanlike object attached to the front of it," that had fallen out of the sky one day. This was only a fragment of a larger object[3]; later, it's confirmed to be an aeroplane.
