The High Priest of Quill is the supreme ruler of Quill. They have total power, and hence have many privileges. They reside in the Palace of Quill, and have a group of advisors known as the Governors. Strangely, High Priest is not changed to High Priestess when a female ruler is in power. Only a Wanted can become High Priest.
Associate High Priest
The Associate High Priest is a faux position invented by Aaron Stowe in order to seize power from Gunnar Haluki. The holder of the position has equal power to the High Priest. After Aaron seized power, his title was shortened to High Priest and the position was not heard of again.
