HeroesOfOlympus

As you may or may not know, our wiki was founded on February 16, 2012, by HeroesOfOlympus. While Heroes has, undeniably, contributed enormously to the wiki through her founding, she has failed to meet expectations as an adminstrator and a bureaucrat. She last edited on July 14 of this year, and has not replied to any messages on her wall or commented on the recent changes to the wiki. Her negligence of her role is mainly due to external factors, as said on her profile, but it is negligence nonetheless. I now propose to you that she be removed from her role as bureaucrat, effective immediately. Please discuss the situation below. The deadline for discussion will be December 1, after which we must come to a conclusion as a wiki. Thankyou.

If HeroesofOlympus is truly active, and has failed to meet his/her expected duties, then she should have his/her beureuacrat status removed. I vote "aye."

Well, does keeping them as a bureaucrat have any negative or preventative impact on you as another bureaucrat? I mean, I get that they've been inactive and everything but personally I would hate to go back on a year later and see that my title as a bureaucrat had been stripped of me as the founder. I would consider it definitely more seriously later on after the wiki has more traffic and many more pages because they are inactive, but, for now, I think that we should leave the bureaucrat title unless it is directly preventing or hindering anyone else. It's a way we can still show respect to the person who founded the wiki in the first place.
You're right Theo, it isn't hindering me in any way... yet. I agree that as the founder, I would hate to see my bureaucrat status removed, but she still retains founder status. She even stated on her profile that she doesn't have time to contribute to the wiki. If she won't contribute, she won't need the status.

Respect for founders and early users is something I'm very big on, because they're usually forgotten. But they don't need bureaucrat status to be recognised.

Alright then, I'd say go ahead with it as long as they are still recognized as the founder.
Trust me, she will be recognised. I would not be happy otherwise.
Aye
Considering everyone has agreed to it, I'll send a message off to Wikia today.
